DESCRIPTION:AGX 2026 Blended Format Conference: From Geographic Theory to 
 Practice in the Age of AI examines how geographic concepts\, methods\, an
 d technologies are being translated into practical responses to contempora
 ry social\, environmental\, economic\, and infrastructural challenges. The
  conference emphasizes the continuing importance of spatial thinking\, geo
 graphic expertise\, and human judgment as artificial intelligence becomes 
 more deeply integrated into research\, policy\, planning\, and professiona
 l practice.\nThrough its combined in-person and online format\, AGX 2026 w
 ill bring together researchers\, practitioners\, educators\, students\, an
 d community partners to share theoretical advances\, applied studies\, tec
 hnical innovations\, and critical perspectives on the evolving relationshi
 p between geography and AI.\nRegistration for AGX 2026 is $125 for profes
 sionals and $60 for students. A single registration provides access to b
 oth components of the blended conference: the in-person meeting in Pittsbu
 rgh on November 5–6 and the online conference on November 12–13. Regis
 tration payments are processed through PayPal\; however\, participants may
  pay directly with a credit or debit card without creating a PayPal accoun
